 25 ml Absolut Vanilla

75 ml Funkin Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer

Sparkling Wine

Orange Peel (to garnish)

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice and leave to cool. Then fill a cocktail shaker with the vodka and Funkin Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer and shake to mix up. Pour the mixture into the glass and top with sparkling wine and orange peel to garnish. Enjoy!
